How can I find a product?

Can I save products to a wishlist?

How do I check if a product is in stock?

Product availability is displayed on the product page. If the product is in stock, you’ll see an “Add to Cart” button. If it’s out of stock, there will be a notification or an option to be alerted when it becomes available again.

Can I shop as a guest?

Yes, shopping as a guest is an option. However, creating an account offers additional benefits, such as saving your shipping details, tracking orders, and accessing exclusive deals.

What payment methods are accepted?

How can I return an item?

Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, wrong size, or incorrect products. We do not accept exchanges due to change of mind or preferences. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@zibiya.com with your full name, order number, detailed issue description, and clear photos supporting your claim.

If approved and the replacement item is available, we will send it to you free of charge, along with tracking details. If the item you need is out of stock, we will contact you to explore other options, including a possible refund.
