Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
- The item is unused and unworn.
- All original tags are still attached.
- The item is preferably returned in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
Items marked as Final Sale.
Swimwear and bikinis (if hygiene seals/tags are removed).
Initiating Your Return or Exchange
You have 60 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange. To begin, please contact our customer service team at support@zibiya.com.
In your email, please include:
- Your full name and order number.
- A clear explanation of why you’re returning the item.
- Whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.
To help us process your request faster, please attach a clear photo of the item.
Return Address
All approved returns must be shipped to the return address provided by our support team. Please do not send items back without authorization, as they will not be processed. A trackable shipping service is required for all returns.
Our Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you might need a different size, color, or simply prefer another item. We’re happy to help with that.
- For Exchanges: We accept exchanges for any reason, whether the item is defective or you simply changed your mind. Just contact us within 60 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a wrong or defective item), we will provide you with a prepaid return label. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. This inspection process typically takes up to 72 hours.
- If Your Return is Approved: We will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it might take an additional few days for your bank to reflect the credit.
- If Your Return Doesn’t Meet Our Guidelines: We will notify you via email. In such cases, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
Important Notes: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
