Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and proof of purchase.

Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 60 days by emailing support@zibiya.com with order details, reason, and photos.

Exchanges: Accepted for any reason (size, color, or preference). Return shipping is free if it’s our error; otherwise, customer pays.

Refunds: Processed within 7 days after inspection (up to 72h review). Refunded to original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it’s our mistake.

If the item doesn’t meet return guidelines, it may be sent back at customer’s expense.

Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $6.99 for all U.S. orders
